Pescadores Suites Moalboal (“we”, “us”) is a beachfront hotel at Basdiot, Moalboal, Cebu, Philippines. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have — in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
Reservations. When you book, you are taken to our booking system, operated by Cloudbeds, which collects the details needed to process your reservation: your name, contact details, stay dates, and payment information. Payment is handled by Cloudbeds and its accredited payment providers — this website never sees or stores your card details.
Availability search. If you check availability on this site, the dates and guest count you enter are used to query room availability and are not linked to you personally.
Direct enquiries. If you contact us by phone, email, or messaging apps (WhatsApp, Viber, Line, WeChat), we receive whatever information you choose to send us, and we use it to respond.
Server logs. Like nearly every website, our server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. These are routine technical records, not marketing profiles.
What we don’t do: this site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party advertising or analytics trackers. We never sell guest information.
We use guest information only to process and manage reservations, respond to enquiries, meet legal and accounting obligations that apply to hotels in the Philippines, and keep this website secure.
Reservation data lives in Cloudbeds, our hotel management and booking system of record, and with the payment providers it uses to process your payment. We share information with government authorities only where the law requires it. We do not sell or rent guest information to anyone.
Reservation and billing records are kept for as long as Philippine legal, tax, and accounting rules require, then disposed of securely. Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to assist you.
Under the Data Privacy Act you may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, object to its processing, or ask us to delete it where we have no legal duty to keep it. To exercise any of these rights, email pescadoreshotel@gmail.com and we will respond.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Philippine National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
If how we handle guest information changes, this page will be updated and the date below revised. This policy took effect on 10 July 2026.
